Those "ultra" bulbs are very sensitive to impact and vibration. I couldnt get a ultra Headlight bulb to last more than 2 weeks in my last bike...and they are expensive, as you know.

Like bikes, you're not gonna find one to work best in all situations. I have 1 hot, and 1 cold, and 1 rain. For hot, I much prefer perforated leather over mesh stuff.
