Either humidity is super high or there was water still in the engine after draining the old oil. Run it hard and hot for an hour and it might clear up, by evaporating the water in the oil.

Yes, although in hot climates, you can use Mobil1 15w50, and in cold climates, you can use Mobil1 European 0w40. I mix the 2 half and half to get 8w45, now have almost 20,000 miles on my TE450.

With an 11.8:1 compression ratio, I have to agree with Bandit, the cam overlap on this type of engine does not make for a good profile for running at 2000 RPM.
