I and a couple of inmates ride the Trail fairly regular. IMO the best riding is from LeHigh to Boone. Great Gravel! Gets rather uninspiring south of Madrid. JMO

Simple for convenience & back up, I carry a MSR pocket rocket or Coleman peak 1 as a back up to a Jet Boil.
Usually end up using both. Two burners can do a lot! Ride to eat is a good thing!
