I'm a fairly competent dirt rider but this Tiger has a set of street tires on it...how much dirt are we talking on the Burr trail?

This setup would really suck in sand but ok if it is packed.

Mine pop out real easy but I always grease them prior to installing them..dielectric where they fit over the plug and moly on the outside. I think it may seal out moisture as well.

I love my 12 and wouldn't go back to an 1150 for anything. More power, less weight, great brakes ('07) and not one issue except a bad battery early on...and about three low beam bulbs.

I don't see the point of getting these high miles on tires. I change both my Tourances at the same time, usually around 6k. When I am whipping down the highway at 75 it makes me feel just a shade...

I've owned servo and non-servo GS's and I prefer the non-servo units. Feel is more predictable and have a lot less machinery....
