It's ok, the bolts are only finger tight. Cost of reamer is more than the cost of a new bushing and seal. I think the vendor sent me one for a smaller sector shaft. Stupid me for not double checking...

Check to see if the petcock screen is plugged. Both my Stinger and the K11p were clogged causing the same symptom. Or just ship me the bike and I'll take care of it for the next few years. :deal...

Porschedave in CA does a lot of H1/H2 cranks and he could probably do yours. He split the crank on my Stinger to replace a bent rod and did a fine job.

As others have said, the pressed in nut, most likely brass, is spinning in the hole, seized to the bolt. Cut the head off, cut remaining stud flush, drill out nut, tap hole, Heli-coil or thread-sert.

Autozone and O'Reillys loan out blind hole bearing pullers for free. When reinstalling, I leave the wheel in the sun and would have freezed the bearing for a couple of days.
