ok, the line on the left should go to the top of the air box, the bottom one on the air box should be plugged. and the two on the right should be tied together and both go to the crank case breather....

Try a Mr.Clean Magic eraser on the plastics, works good. Don't bother with the CRF250L light, it's significantly worse than the XR headlight.
