There should not be an issue with mixing oils like that. Ultimately the bike will tell you if it does not like the synthetic with a slipping clutch. Mechanically I cannot see anything that may fail...

One thought though. You will not be able to weld it nicely because of the sand blasting....

My experience is that some clutches do not like full synth, like my bmw dakar.

I read the bit about keeping the SHB compressed correctly. Instead of machining things, have a look at the husaberg setup. I think you will find it much to your liking.
