Never mind, I found out the resistance is to be checked across both slip rings. The reading is 3.5 ohms, BTW.

The rotor has passed the test, next is the stator and diode board.

I sanded the slip rings as Jenna recommend (motor running...) and checked the brushes contact and length per Bearer advice. havent checked resistance yet...

Ok, I loosened the exhaust nuts on my bike for the recommend clean and I'm put it back with some anti seize.
