I start looking to fill up around 180 miles and feel comfortable that I've got at least another 20-30 miles left with no problem, and that's with city mpg which averages in the mid-30s for me.

I can't compare the Klim jackets to the Rev'It, but the Badlands will vent much better than the Latitude, in my opinion. It's one of the reasons I bought a Badlands: superior venting.
