Most recently I shipped a bike from southern NJ to Upstate NY for $225. I had quotes for another bike I was looking at near Atlanta GA for $520 but I never pulled the trigger on that one.

The warranty on an F800 goes with the bike. It is 3 years from the original purchase date. Any dealer can access the info via the VIN#. Should be no issues here.
