Oil should be the least of your concerns. As long as you have enough of it in the engine something else will break your bike long before any oil related issues makes themselves known.

Don't have any pics handy, but I'm 6'4" and am comfortable with the BMW high comfort seat. Ergonomically its a pretty relaxed and comfortable bike.

Sneak by her and get a sports-tourer :) Hayabusa, Blackbird or K1300S comes to mind. In almost every conceivable way also a much more practical choice for street-riding than a CBR, R1 or some such.

Letting them rest, air and dry out between uses...
