For the rear is different. First off only 08-11 “R” models have 275mm travel to start from. The rest have only 250mm and doing this mod you only end up with ~270mm of travel....

I bet you want a cheaper than the OEM RFR parts (480 for pre'14 and 820 for 2015 RFR). One option would be Perfect Fairings as they have a pre14 copy from glass fiber starting at 120 or CF at 200...
