Are you bleeding the rear at the ABS pump as well? I usually start there, go to the caliper, then finish at the pump. Sometimes I do a final bleed at the caliper. It should end up rock solid.

You have the transmission with a pretty tall gear in 1st. It's not good for the dirt. However, it is a great highway machine and can be a comfortable rider for those 600-800 mile days.

It sounds like mine when the tank liner let loose and plugged the fuel pick-up. Maybe the fuel intake is soft and caving in but it does sound like a fuel starvation...
