I would start with the flasher relay, its above the engine head and you can get one online for a couple bucks. they also work much better with a good battery, not enough juice from idle to make them...

well there is only about 1/8" or so of clearance between the case and chain with the 15 tooth, im sure you can fit 16 on there but there is got to be hardly any clearance at all.

Thats a 2.61 ratio, which would be a 15/40 in the 520 sprockets that would fit, cant go bigger than a 15 on the front with the 520 size. JTR Sprockets is what I use the numbers are JTF545.15 (FRONT) ...

Consensus is for sure that the bike are lean stock, open exhaust will further lean it out, so richer jets are definatly a good idea, I did this and bike runs great, no stumbles and has tons more...
