I wrote the mileage, date, location on the Gear Oil Bottle with a Sharpie and I have photos of the change that are date/time stamped.

They accepted my word on it, never asking to see the "proof".

I didn't see any wear on the inside of the shaft housing, but then again, I wasn't looking for that.

It will be at the local dealer this week for inspection/teardown. I'll keep the board updated...

GS Drive-train Problem

The GS started making a new noise on the ride home thursday afternoon.
A rather loud Roaring Noise coming from the Drive Shaft Area when under load and back loaded as in engine braking.
