I lived in Izmir several years ago. Insurance is cheap! I paid less than US $10 per month. Can't offer with other info, I was working at NATO and was exempted from those fees, etc.

It's 13 digits on the right (throttle) side of the engine underneath the cylinder. You'll see a black plug attached to the engine it's to the left of that.

I would mount them front and rear. Yes, they are bias ply. Just means they'll heat up more than radials. So don't run at freeway speeds while underinflated. I've had them on for about 1500 miles now...

-Not dust proof. Took a ride to Toroweap and when I opened it up is was pretty dusty....
