Somewhere, the bike is still leaking? Oil, it is on top of the motor, but hasn't/doesn't leak to the ground.

After changing the oil and filter recently, it has been fine, the only issue now is the rough idling and the needle is moving up and down when trying to idle. I'm pretty sure it needs the carbs...
