Anyone ever mount some hand guards /bark busters on their RT? Any pics? Wondering if there would be value to this even with the full fairing.

So, if you remember I was trying to remove the steering stem nut and the two fork top cap bolts so I could get the headlight mount/fork ears off...

Well, I think it has to come off so one can remove the headlight mounts/ fork ears (sorry, not sure what they're really called). Without taking those off the fairing brackets movement is impeded...

Take a look at my left grip. The end cap flew off then I ended up ripping the neoprene. Definitely time to replace them. But, for the life of me I can't see how to remove this...

Frankly, it really doesn't matter. I've been using a Whisperlite stove that I've had since 7th grade. Still boils water. Still makes good oatmeal in the morning.
