+1 on the Redverz tent. Biggest strongest tent I could find for the weight (5kg - 1.8 metres or 6 foot head room) cooking area, water proof and plenty of ventilation.

Store bladders in the freezer

If you roll up the bladders and store them in your freezer you wont get any nasties growing in them. You dont even need to dry them beforehand.

depends a lot on where you live. Maine avg temps 1-13 celcius here in brisbane avg 8-30. That 8 degrees is at night in the middle of winter. Its autumn here and 36 this week (97 Fahrenheit.)
