Do this in the proper sequence per the shop manual and lightly support the block with a scissors jack and a piece of wood....

I run a V-stream 22" for the tall shield and the MR vario that came on it for the short one. I'm 5' 8" with a 32" inseam. Can see over it just fine and the wind hits at the top on my face shield....

It makes a surprising difference, especially when encountering bumps mid corner. The Bandit holds a line much better over all....
