Wow, that sucks, my little 125 grom does 62mph indicated, which is probably about 57, and only slows to 50 on the steepest hills with a headwind.

I'm averaging 110mpg

Change the oil at 200, get it warm for 5 miles, then ride it like you stole it. It'll seem better by 350ish.
