I changed the three on the Ural (the PO included the alloy upgrade in the deal).
It was perhaps easier than most as it uses a 10mm nut on the inside of the rim. An inch-pound torque wrench is used...

The guy I got my Ural from gave me a great deal on his Kendon. I hadn't noticed any problem with the ramp(s) but I've only used it once. A great little trailer for sure, it stands in my basement.
