It can only be gearbox oil coming out of your pushrod seal. The pushrod doesn't come into contact with engine oil, if the rear crank seal os leaking it'll be chucked/flung around inside the clutch...

Simply replacing the screw with a higher grade will make it harder to drill out when the higher grade bolt seizes in place :D
