I loved mine! The previous posts hit the nail right on the head, though. It's the suspension that is not as plush as some of the other 250s but it has a much lower seat height and just about anybody...

I just bought a DR from an inmate that is lowered using the factory method and I love it. I'm 5'7" and can almost flat-foot it. The DRZ is a very nice but TALL bike that is not as easily lowered....

The biggest problem is the bike's inability to idle at altitude. Starting at about 5K feet when you come to a stop the bike requires constant feathering of the throttle just to keep the bike running....

FWIW, The 680 works fine in the original tool tray with space left over for a little storage. I carry a little Pelican box in there for stuff I want to make sure stays dry.
