If they were in reasonable shape I'd offer them up, for sure, but they had a couple beauty marks even before I mutilated them during removal so I wouldn't put them on a KTM. Beemer no problem :D

I bought my 05 950 second-hand a few years ago and I'd like to remove the (poorly installed) carbon fiber tank guards that it came with - any suggestions for the cleanest job?

My 05 950 ADV runs rough, most noticeably at low idle, often hesitating as I roll on throttle from low revs. After the initial hiccup though, power and acceleration seem pretty good and mostly smooth...

impeller shaft bearings - lube or no?

I'm half way through my water pump upgrade - are the impeller shaft bearings supposed to be lubed prior to install or does oil get in there past the seal of the inner bearing somehow?
