I did mine 4 or 5 years ago and was able to do it with out the clutch basket tool. From what I remember taking the new gasket and tracking it out over a piece of cardboard and punching out the bolt...

That Wolfman bag would look great on the back of my XT225 touring around my corner of Southeast Alaska. We average 150 to 200 inches of rain a year so a good dry bag is pretty handy.

The better solution would be to just trade the Cherokee 6 in for a Cessna 206, my bike fits upright in the back just fine after the mirrors are off. Plus the 206 is way better off road.
