If it was my bike, I'd take the right side spark plug out and make sure oil hasn't seeped into the combustion chamber, hydro lock can be a bad thing, my son put a Mustang on the roof for a few hours...

Agree with Mark 100%, if the lower spec is 0.10mm and that's what the clearance measures, you can be sure they will button it up and tell you its "within spec". 2 weeks later, you have a tight valve.
