You should have just kept your bike. My '08 is on fuel strip #3 and it's been dead for almost a year. I just put a piece of electrical tape over the flashing light. Maybe I will get strip #4 someday...

calipers have to come off - tire won't fit between. ABS sensor is attached to the left caliper as I recall, so you don't have to mess with it separately. This assumes that the 07 is like the 08.
