It was the controller. When I removed it the back of the controller was swollen and there was moisture inside.

Replaced the controller and it fired right up.

I will be making a bypass cable...

Low Seat

The low stock seat that was on my 2007GS did not have any adjustments. It is sitting in my garage, let me know if you are interested in a cheap low stock seat.

Custom Earplugs

I have never tried these but at a couple of bike shows I have seem custom ear plugs that they mold to you ear. They can be bought to allow the tones you want to hear but block the harmful ones....

Is the front seat on the 2013 GS different from other years? Trying to sell a used Sargent seat to a 2013 Owner and we and not sure if the seat will fit.

Different seats will change your leg positions. I am vertically challenged and with the low seat my legs are definitely more bent.
