well .. I think I've finally worked out what's causing it.

When I put the factory rear sprocket back on, I could still feel the vibrations, but they weren't bad enough that I would have noticed...

Both the MT21 and 606 just looked like they'd wear too quickly commuting.

whacked a secondhand pipe on the DR and the middle tab needs tweaking. It doesn't quite line up and is far enough out that a simple hole enlarge ain't gonna work ...

I'll wait and see how it behaves once the exhaust is on ... I'm just "snorkle out" at the mo and that's probably how it will stay so there's at least a chance there'll be enough...
