You put wider pegs on and the shifter is way too low. Simply loosen "B" in your pic. It has a left hand thread and turn inward and it will raise your shifter up to an acceptable level.

All I can tell you is what the dealer told me, and he contacted their rep and the reply I got back was 36PSI max. Maybe the 17" is a more sturdy tire than the 18 that comes on the KTM?
