What should I sell my 2005 DR650 for?
It has 12K miles and the usual upgrades from Kientech, skidplate, eibach springs front and back, 5 gallon gas tank, aluminum bars with bark busters, etc.
I know I cannot expect the full price out...

You could just "Safety wire" the two bolts if...
You could just "Safety wire" the two bolts if locking liquid keeps failing on you... you would just need to drill a tiny hole through the allen head bolt heads and obtain some stainless or galvonized...
