That also keeps the tube from getting weather checked and decayed. After a tube has been in your fender bag for a year or so it can be in pretty bad shape. Vacuum packing protects it well.

UpTite makes a flywheel puller for the 610. According to George the MotionPro puller doesn't quite screw into the flywheel all the way.

Did you notice if the MotionPro puller fit your bike OK?

Installed the new chain rides high on the cam gear teeth. The old chain ran lower on gear teeth and I think this is where most of the chain slack comes from.

Cam chain Stretch: Here is my chain at 15k miles and 11 clicks. The new chain is less than 1/2 a tooth shorter but that resets the cam chain tensioner to 3 clicks.

Next time your speedo locks up I found it can be reset by pulling the fuse in the photo above. Pulling the upper fuse is easier than the battery cables when you have camping gear packed on the back.

The factory guys kind-of scratched out the original timing dot and moved it over a tooth. So....... be careful taking these things apart or you may never get it back together the way it was...
