What year is your bike? Earlier in this thread someone posted that the rear shock got longer in 87 or 88, but it's not clear if the spring stayed the same or not.

You can also use a wire wheel, take all the rubber off the intake boots and use some hose to attach the carbs to the remaining aluminum. There are some pictures somewhere in this thread.

Be sure to post up how the Works rear shock performs... I've got my carb and front forks reasonably well dialed in but the rear shock is just pathetic and bottoms out with almost any air......

I have a '00 XT350 that I purchased about a month ago with 1700 miles on it, have added 4-500 miles of dirt. So far, so good...
