If the ASC uses a signal from the ABS sensors/rings, and the ABS works properly, I don't see any reason that the ASC would know any difference.

The way I look at it, as far as recent bikes go, anything with a rear tire wider than 150mm is a sport tourer as not even mediocre knobbies are available in those sizes.

these bikes have automotive style dry clutches. flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing. not multiple discs like a wet clutch would, i believe.
