Was it the BBS/idle screw or throttle cable screw that got tightened ?

It might be running smother because the adjustment is compensating for uneven fuel injector output.

My turn signal relay has both the Delphi and BMW labels on it, but I do not think that is the problem.
Mine has both turn signal and 4-way flasher blinkers.
Most likely, the relay is faulty.
