I had one on my old HP2 that I lost in a fire - it was literally plug and play, had no issues. It did not give all the info that it would on a GS in terms of countdown km etc but tach worked great...

It is a crank case breather and just vents oily gases into the frame void and in turn out the bottom somewhere - it is probably still fine like that...

Thanks for the info - have you done the rocker cover breather mod a la Zipty? I have done it and now run 1.2 litres of oil and no oil blow off as yet but not run it on high revs for long stretches....
