rear axle play
I have noticed a bit play between the ID of the brake side rear wheel bearing and the OD of the axle. The bearing rolls smooth with no play and seems to be in good shape. They are pivot works...

I have a lot of experience extracting large rusted bolts on farm equipment. If it were me, I would lay the bike on its side for a few days and irrigate the bolt with PB blaster or similar every time...

Too much weight
I would never even think about 75 pounds of weight on the subframe, even on smooth roads. Unless you plan on seriously beefing it up, you're asking for trouble on a 650R IMHO.
