Agreed for hard offroad stuff the screen is not ideal, but it is as low as the oem screen in height and when you standing you dont really notice it,

will take a pic of me on the bike and standing....

i never used brand new one for the testing, found badly scratched or cracked ones at my dealer and got the for free.

so cost was zero, but i agree if it was $600 i would have thought it over...

Dont think the shape has anything to do with it, but rather that it is turning the air and forcing it to run smoothly off the top of the oem screen, above the horizontal screen the air is smooth...

Well I have this setup on my bike and it is great for anything up to 120kmh (can ride all day with my visor open and no wind in my face) it does start to buffet at 140 and at 150kmh its not comfy...
