I'd recommend looking at other solutions to ease the vibes, like bar end weights. They make gloves with gel in the palms, but that would also reduce your feel for the bike.

You're generally better off without ventilation when temps get near and above 100 degrees, in my experience. Just dehydrates the heck out of you faster than sweat can cool you down.

Most of my stuff doesn't smell too bad, but I don't sweat much. A little body powder in boots when they get ripe goes a long way. I'd do the same in my gloves if they ever bothered me.
