Fixed!

The split box I referred to earlier also held two 10Amp fuses. One was blown. Not sure how that happened, but once I replaced it, all was good.

I think BMW should have designed that "Safety Feature" a little better. Rather than letting the bike crank and not start, they should have made it so the bike wouldn't crank. Our car works that way...
