No I haven't. This happens for both high and low beams though so I would think not the bulb....right? Also, filaments look normal and good on it.

Maybe my thinking is very skewed here though.

I have an intermittent headlight on my /7. The problem seems to be at the socket itself.....if I wiggle it (when headlight is off the bucket) it seems to fix it. Probably just making bad contact.
