If you have enough swingarm clearance put some screws in the knobs, sheet metal type, short ones of course, and then you can play a bit better on the packed stuff. Just avoid the pavement or any such.

Yep, just make sure your gloves cover the sleeves and you have no problems. And a small velcro strap around the bottom keeps the water out there also.
