A lot of cars have caps with this standard size. My bike(R80 mono) came with a cap from some Mitsubishi, and my Nissan Patrol has caps that fit the tank, as well. You could always check a local...

Starter relays for Australians and New Zealanders:

If you are willing to get rid of the clutch switch(PO cut it on mine), Narva has some cheap starter relays that work well. I used the Narva 68000...

I had the same problem on my bike, too. Coincidentally, it was also the left carb of a 1987 R80. I couldn't figure out what the problem was as I had overhauled and cleaned out the carbs, adjusted the...

I've seen a few airheads where the battery rests in a 'dropped box' in the subframe. Just as though the battery is going to be hidden in a cafe cowl, but dropped 2" to make way for a bench seat....

I polished just the edges of the engine fins, and it looks a lot better than the chrome coated valve covers, imo.

Wiring Issues with a 1988 R80RT

Picked up a may-as-well-have-been-a-parts-bike 1988 R80RT a while ago and, among other problems, needed a new main wiring harness. So I picked up a new(to me) one from Germany and found there's a few...
