After braking, I would feel both rotors, to make sure they both are working. They should both be pretty hot. Maybe the line got crimped, or for some reason only one caliper is working.

I think it was 05.5 here. You can see, if the rotor is one piece, it is non flaoting. THe floaters have a center hub connected to the rotor by circular rivets. They are also less expensive.

I agree with Kamanya, it looks like the front fender to caliper mount bolt.

It looks too clean, but make sure it is not one of the swingarm chain slider mounting bolts.

The O-ring was leaking, The piston seemed to be cocking a little, and scuffed the bore. It wasn't much, but it made a mess under the slave. I cleaned it up and installed new slave and no more leak.

I thought I had the same leak. It turned out to be oil from the slave cylinder. Did you check the clutch fluid level? I got the evo unit and am very happy with it.
