You already have one on your OE stator. Slice it with a razor blade and install on the new stator. Apply sealant when mounting it.

Can you locate the noise? By the oil filter housing would be the oil pump bypass valve. Higher up could be the cam chain, chain guides, tensioner.

The rim lock is the last thing to be tightened when installing a tire. The tire gets aired up prior to the rim lock being tightened down. And you don't have to tighten the shit out of it either.
