I have 2 rail Kendon, just moved 2 bikes GS and ADV from Chicago, through Denver, Colorado Springs, SLC to northern Idaho.
Speeds easy up to 75-80 mph but sometimes slower due to crosswinds....

Very sturdy, easy tu use with gloves on. I have previous - G600 model.
Did not feel like G700 was worth to upgrade to. It can be used with AAA bateries too.

I had the same problem, and re-did GS seat, by Rick Meyer, asking him to add 1 inch height across the surface of the seat. It almost matches GSA seat.
