It is a bore in the casting for the valve lifter.
Valve guides and oil seals seems to be in good shape so no work to be done there.

Maybe you can build it yourself if you can buy some braided line and two screw-type banjo fittings.
I've done it sometimes when I could not find a suitable brake line and it's an easy job.

You can slide the "plunger" back in the rear master cylinder. It's easier to do if you detach it from the brake pedal.
