There were some cracks in them and some spider webbing of the gel coat in a few places. I repaired the cracks with fiber glass and then skimmed the whole thing with a good fiberglass...

They'll bolt together just fine. Measure the thickness of each and make sure they're in spec. If the RT is and the RS isn't, then tally ho! Just make sure that you've no adjustment left...
