Rough idle, mpg loss ?

Have an 06 with 60k miles on it. Recently started having rough idle when cold and I lost about 5 mpg. The rough idle goes away after a little bit of riding.

Wondering if it could be a coil/plug...

Regarding the spoke wheels...

A GS just doesnt look right without the spokes. I always breath a sigh of relief when I swap mine for spokes. It could be because dirt is in the near future, but I think its more the looks.
